SUMMER 2009 : BERM IS BACK & BIGGER THAN EVER & SO IS MORNING FOG
JULY 4th guests found Independence Day party favors on thier dining tables, and there was also a reminder about State of Oregon and Resort foreworks rules. Hanging baskets added some great color to the east side of the Resort builings, some terrific sand castles have been built, and you can see the sand has built back higher than ever by covering nearly a third of our beach access. Long-time owner Don hoisington does a great involuntary demonstration on how to enjoy the “Lewis” benches by dozing in the afternoon summer sun. It is most definitely SUMMER here @ RBR!
Recreation Room Upgrade
You can forget the peeling wallpaper, the old carpeting and vinyl, and the pool cue-pocked ceiling. In May and June of 2009, the rec room was refurbished and upgraded….and the resort now also has 3 ( three ! ) pieces of exercise equipment and a 32″ flat panel LCD TV.
